Friendly staff, checked in and hadn’t even had time to sit down before my name was called. Quick easy CT scan and out the front door by my appointment time. No complaints here… well maybe…. No results available in my chart at 9 pm

These reviews are correct - these are some of the rudest receptionists I’ve ever spoken to. Disappointing experience.
A couple of things, I have used this facility numerous times over the part 20+ years. And in fact, I’m headed there for X-rays, and for an ultrasound this week. I have always found the technicians to be friendly and kind. Sometimes scheduling not so much, and for that reason I dropped them down a star. If you are claustrophobic, or are a large person, but need a MRI — they do have an open bore machine ie you can see out all the way around. $1600 for 3 x-rays is an absolute abomination. One of those X-rays at Virginia Ortho is $44 how can these providers act like that care when all they are doing is making sick people poor AND sick. Shame!! I’ll stick with Henrico doctors hospital.
