4/17/25- My first “OPEN MRI” experience and compared to a previous Traditional MRI it was substantially better and much more tolerable & even enjoyable. While I can reason myself out of claustrophobia no need to do that in this unit. It does help to place a towel over your eyes and just relax but the sides are open so you can turn your head and view a very pleasant picture conveniently hung for that purpose. Efficient, caring, competent, and informative staff. Was seen at my appt. time and received results within the same day. Will definitely use them again.
Both times was a great experience for me . Whitney and the other nurses/tech are excellent and extremely caring people! The doctor i had was very nice and great bedside manner !!!
Easy parking, easy access in the building, minimal wait time, none of the crowds at a hospital, and a very professional and friendly staff. All good!
This was my first experience with this imaging location. What a great experience. The entire staff were efficient and very pleasant. It was worth the travel from Hanover and less hectic than Memorial Regional. The building was very clean like new. Parking was a breeze. If I need Imaging again I will choose this location.
