Upon the departure of the esteemed Dr Keith Freeman, I was offered a choice: a wait of six months for a new (less than stellar-rated) physician or be seen at once by a nurse practitioner—a stranger to me and wholly unfamiliar with my history. Thus, the steady care of a trusted doctor gave way to the impersonal remedy of convenience, as is the fashion in these enlightened times.
I can’t believe how this place has gone down the toilet. Three years ago, it was one of the best primary care officers I’ve ever been to. Now you can’t even call and talk to them, you get an overseas call center with someone who speaks broken English. Bon Secours, if you are reading this, just know that no one give a shit about your stadium naming rights. Put that money into actual healthcare. Answer your phones.

My mom goes there and she's always complaining about her, it seems like all she is there for is a paycheck and cares nothing about her patients.
