I could not be more pleased with Bon Secours - Courtland Family Practice. Mary (Becky) Babb has been my Nurse Practitioner for a several years now. The staff at the Courtland Family Medical office are top shelf. Excellent communication is just one of their strong points and that means everything. Appointment notices and pre-visit questionnaires make it so easy to prepare for upcoming appointments. A big thank you for being my care partner and I would highly recommend this group.
We are told on every message and appointment reminder To arrive 15 minutes early. Her appointment was at 12:30. We arrived at 12:14. The door was locked and remain locked until the staff were finished with their lunch at 12:30. Maybe you would consider not starting appointments until 1245.
