Wonderful care from my doctor and staff.
Refuses to see sick patients in the office. Wants to complete all appointments virtually. Receptionist is rude.
Today on Tuesday Jan 28, 2025 was my first day as new patient I appreciate the kindness & Love of staff & from my Dr. Very thankful for all you.
Dr. George has been my dr.for years now, and she's exceptional. The office used to be run by one or two ladies who cared about the patients and you ALWAYS got a call back. Then Bon Secours puts a sign out, triples the staff and everything goes down the tubes. Crap communication, no call backs ever, wait time on hold is ridiculous. I just can't with this staff and Bon Secours anymore. It's a shame they are killing a once wonderful practice.
