Everytime I need them there is no problem getting in. I see Dr Owen's and he is fantastic. He listens to what you are saying. The staff is great always friendly.
Every time I call I'm on hold for 15 plus minutes. Today when I called they said I was second in the que and I was still waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone.
Everyone was very nice. This was the most COVID conscious office I've ever visited. They are very sanitary and clean. They even sanitized the chair in the waiting room after I got up. The doctor was really nice and accommodating. The only thing I wish they had taken a little more time and not rushed so much. They were just a little too fast for me. I'm not slow but I needed a little extra time to explain and understand.
Doctor tells me I need to go to the ER to get a transfusion, I go, the ER seems me away to do it via the outpatient infusion center. All I need need is the doctor's order. I can first thing in the morning and am told they'll call me back when it's in. After lunch I've heard nothing so I call again. Told the same thing -- that they'll do it and let me know.
