Efficient, unrushed, attentive, good explanation and shared treatment decision making.
I have had the best care with the nicest helpful nurses, doctors, everyone no matter which location I am sent to including the lab people all exceptional and just seem to know what I need before I even ask. This hasn’t always been the case at other hospitals and Dr. offices.
I can’t even get anybody on the phone to help me! I wouldn’t know if their services are good or bad.
