bon secours ER really needs to learn to clean the rooms really good cuz the other night we had to go there and it was blood all over the floor they have not clean it and today we went there the sheets were not clean.
Was very concerned from the time I walked in till I left.
I took my 2 year old to be seen and the staff was so sweet to him and showed their concern. The doctor was very nice and apologized repeatedly for the long wait. A ambulance had arrived right before we checked in so I was patient as I waited and told the doctor no need to apologize but it was appreciated. The doctor listened to all my concerns and my baby was given great treatment and he had fun playing with all the staff. Everyone treated us with such kindness and concern for his well being.
