This is the worst experience that I have ever had when it comes to purchasing any appliances. They offered me a warranty and I paid for it in full and what happens a year into me having the appliance I try to use the warranty but to no avail they don't repair GE products. So I have to go to an outside company Cone Appliances who is no better than them. Nobody to do the work and a month and a half I'm still without a dryer. I'm at my wits in. Knew what we wanted sales lady showed us our options, we were in and out. Great service. Picked it up at warehouse, great staff loaded us up and on our way
Don’t purchase an extended warranty from them.Purchased a freezer with extended warranty and shortly after 1year the freezer quit working properly. Bon Marche had technician come out and deemed not repairable. Bon Marche did not have the same freezer and wanted to give me a cheaper option. If I wanted the same it could have been several months later. Contacted the warranty company and they stated they could cut me the check directly little knowing that they were going to take out the technician fee and taxes that I also paid... read more
