My brother bought a refrigerator there and when we took it out of the box it was damaged. The bottom leg was bent and the fridge door had a big crack in it around the door seal and hinge. He bought a 2 year warranty and with the warranty they said they would replace anything defective or if it had any problems and they would not repair. They blamed us and said we dropped it which we didn't and accused us of being liars. They refused to take the fridge back and repaired it instead. I received a call from Bon Marche about a person coming out to see about repairing my stove at 9:15 A.M. She was pleasant & told me that someone would be out between 8:00 A.M. & 12:00 P.M. At 2:00 P.M. I called & this rude, crude, unprofessional old woman answered & proceeded to question me. Where did you get this number? Who told you to call here? No one called you because I don't get here until 9:00 A.M. Rude & extremely unprofessional. I was told that I wasn't on the schedule for an appointment, but when I called my warra... read more

Your service department is always courteous, friendly and very professional. I have been buying appliances from Bon Marche for many years now and when I need a repairman they always have one man that services my appliances. He is great. He takes time to explain everything to us and what are a few things that I could do to help keep my appliances running great. Thank you Bon Marche for him.
