It was my first time here and Angelica was amazing. I have super long/thick hair that isn’t the easiest to work with. I showed her my vision and she brought it to life, she was kind and made sure I was informed and comfortable with everything. I will 100% be back here due to her service and skill, thank you Angelica!!
Incrediably unprofessional. I booked an apt to have my hair maintained. Receptionist called me to confirm what I needed and said she needed to check with the stylist and call me back. I got no return call. I called again before closing, and no one picked up. Left a message. Got a return call indicating that they were cancelling my appointment, that the stylists are too busy to take new clients. Great location and atmosphere, but overall just super impressed with Hannah! She’s amazing. Followed her here from a previous salon and can honestly say I’ve never left feeling better about my hair than when she’s done it! Great communication and checks in throughout. Amazing sense of tone and bleaching to complement hair and skin tone. So gifted! Worth every penny, seriously.
Nicole gave me the worst hair cut of my life. We agreed on an inch and she cut 3 inches off the side of my hair. It's not even fixable. There's a chunk missing now. I had someone else try to salvage it but it will be many months before it even looks OK. The salon is nice though and everyone is friendly.
