I have had a wonderful experience with Chloe!! I have been getting partial/full highlights and she always does amazing work!
Christina is the owner ♥️ her. She is a gift from God..... Quick on cutting but precise.. Her shop is clean and well maintained
I have had the most beautiful balayages come from Chloe! I have since moved away from Poulsbo but will 100% be coming back anytime i’m out west!
I absolutely loved getting my hair cut by Chloe! Such a great experience and she did so well! Will be going back when I need to get a cut again.
