A hot mess
Landlord is horrible and rude
I wouldn't suggest this entire area for first time apartment owners. The area is pretty dangerous. The landlady harasses you. My room mate was actually bruised his collarbone on the ac vent when it fell on his shoulder. Initially they were really kind and made everything seem so wonderful. They don't care about their tenants at all. I didn't get my deposit back and i left my apt in immaculate condition. There are frequent power outages.
