I have never been more uncomfortable speaking to someone. The lady I called hung up on me after yelling at me. It was a peer to peer exchange and she was so rude. I will make sure to relay this review to EVERYONE

They cut corners everywhere they can with serving food, and also violate health violations left and right. The charge ridiculous amounts of money for low quality and small portions. Any student forced to eat Bon Appetit food is unhappy, and rightfully so. Worst part of my college experience was food from Bon Appetit! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!

Horrible company to work for. You’re promised and denied raises for years on end. The “farm fresh” marketing is completely false. Most of our produce and meat came from Sysco or Duck. The staff are largely incompetent and serve rancid product. I would never recommend working for, or eating at Bon App.

One of the worse experiences I've ever had with a million dollar company. All talk and no actions to back it up. I worked in 3 of their kitchens and was shocked they don't do as much with local farmers as they claim and charge them SO much.
