We have used Bon Air for 2 years now. On our last trip we received a new vet. She was absolutely horrible! We told her not to do the kennel vaccine and she did it anyway - our dog is older and a rescue and she has had reactions to this vaccine. We also ordered vitamins which were marked up $40 - you can get the same vitamins from AMAZON for $40 cheaper. We will no longer be using Bon Air!!
