I was in need of a special order part that was both obscure to source and locate nationally. I had reached out through Bomnin Mitsubishi/Chevy in order to see if it could be ordered. Scott Rodriguez had responded promptly and worked with suppliers in order to have this part shipped in to Bomnin. Compared to other Mitsubishi service centers, Scott was able to deliver and created a positive customer experience. I was also helped by Adam at the parts center who also was aware of the situation. The dealer always wins. Spend hours back and forth and then they low ball you on your trade in. They try to force their own financing companies on you at higher APRs while you credit is perfect and your credit union is giving better rates. Stressful experience every time..
