I am very disappointed with the brand and with Chevrolet dealerships. On August 2024, we purchased a 2023 Blazer, and from the very beginning it had a strange noise, similar to a helicopter sound. This happens after driving the vehicle for about 15–20 minutes in traffic, and it is accompanied by a vibration coming from the driver’s side. ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very frustrating experience at Bomnin Chevrolet Manassas. We brought the vehicle in because the brakes were not working properly. From the beginning, I clearly explained that the issue was NOT related to the brake pad wear sensor. I'm an out of state client from CA. I worked with Nelson as my sales rep and Sam in finance. I have to say you guys know how to work an out of state deal. I called many dealerships across the country and Bomnin Manassas VA closed the deal. I ended up getting the best car for my money. I received the car a couple days ago, so I have to go through the smog and registration process. If this last step goes well, then I am beyond happy with my experience at Bomnin Chevrolet. My recent experience was horrible. It tooks 3 weeks for the service department to begin diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. I found myself calling almost every day to get an update on the status of my vehicle. The individual that I spoke to last was rude and disrespectful. I will never deal with this dealership agaim disrespect the fact that I made my purchase of my vehicle from them in 2013 and the closeness of their proximity to my home.
