Not a friendly or inviting atmosphere. Service writers just sitting on their phones. The waiting room is on edge of torture. 30 seconds of a tv commercial interrupted by 30 seconds of silence and over priced services and repeat over and over. Still on Christmas carol commercials on the last day of February. The final string is the wonderful credit card fee surcharge. My recommendation don't go here. 1.5 hours for oil change and rotation first appointment of the morning.

The communication was lacking. I had to keep calling for updates on my vehicle. One person acted like I was speaking a foreign language when I asked for update on my vehicle. Being that I had to make arrangements for 3 days to get to and from work I didn't feel like it a crazy question.
