I bought a used chevy from another dealer 2 years ago. Brought it in because I had a warranty and told them I had a sway bar missing and wanted to see if the warranty would cover it. They said they would check it out and call the warranty. They couldnt call until the next day. Turns out warranty didnt cover it so I decided to fix myself. They never gave me a itemized form of anything so figure everything was good. A week later they are calling and asking for a 200 dollar diagnostic fee which was not mentioned at all.
