UPDATE: CHANGED TO A 4 STAR REVIEW. The Customer Service Manager contacted us and was very kind and helpful. All issues were resolved. Thank you Pablo. - Recently purchased a 2020 low mileage Ford Truck. We were surprised by several fees that were added on to the purchase price. Our XT5 quit on us as we were driving north on the overseas highway. We made the decision to have it towed to Bomin. Jorge, our service consultant, and the service team at Bomin Cadillac were responsive, courteous, and has us on our way again relatively quickly.
