Avoid this place at all costs My name is Orlando. I called in yesterday to schedule an oil change and a repair on my Cadillac Escalade V. While setting the appointment, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes to arrange a loaner vehicle, specifically requesting and being assured of a larger SUV (an Escalade) because I needed space for my family. Zero stars! Do yourself a favor and do not buy a vehicle from any Bomnin dealership! And stay away from GM also! My General Motors electric vehicle propulsion battery failed under warranty and General Motors has refused to fix it. They ended production of the propulsion batteries years before the cars that were sold were out of warranty. Bomnin Chevrolet has had my car for a year and in that year they refused to communicate with me over the phone or in email while I communicated weekly with General Motors who also could not ... read more

Management sucks man. They don’t care about helping clients get in cars. They care about making money and nothing else. And all the managers just disregard customers. Trash.
