Excellent experience with this car dealer. The team was friendly, honest, and very professional. They helped me choose the right car without any pressure and explained all details clearly. Very disappointing experience with this service department, specifically with Service Advisor Guy Evan and Service Director John Silvera. I dropped my Cadillac off at 8 AM and was given a rental car costing me $75 per day out of pocket. Throughout the day, I left multiple voicemails for Guy Evan but received zero return calls, updates, or communication of any kind. Don’t trust on this dealers. They advertise it’s false. They show autos online that they don’t have in existence. False advertising. Nasty attitude.

Called 3 times about a car. The numbers I got back were significantly higher than other deals in my area even though these cars in my area were $1,000 more. and they wouldn’t discuss how a $14,000 car turned out to be $20,000 over the phone. Felt like I was talking to scammers. Be ware.
