Purchased and brand new XT5 a while back and overall great experience with Angel Hernandez
Went for a 2026 and realized they were selling a 2025 Escalate IQ when I was registering the car with my insurance. Still signed the deal and I had to bring the car the next day with a broken battery. Ask to change the car and they said 400 more per month. The loaner process was hard and people in service don’t call you back or communicate. I had to get Cadillac corporate involved to undo my deal. They are dishonest and extremely unprofessional. Everything was difficult and dishonest. Still waiting for resolution.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I’m a mother, and because of Bomnin Cadillac Homestead’s complete lack of professionalism and communication, I’m now having to walk my daughter to school every day. My car broke down on October 23rd, and as of October 29th, I have not received a single update. NO phone call, no text, not even a courtesy message. Part 2 Review. I searched for additional numbers and finally reached the service department where I was transferred over to Fannie, whose specialty is being belligerent, obtuse and rude. I asked for a manager and she wanted to ask me dozens of questions as to why. I gave her a synopsis of why and she just had more questions.
