Terrible 7 months I’ve had this Cadillac Escalade first the left he’d light stopped working bought the car used.i. Cost me three visits to the dealer and the final answer was it cost me 1,350.00 to replace .Now my right side stopped working same problem..Imagine how I feel
Don’t Waste your time with bomnin! Spoke to them multiple times on the phone they said they don’t normally give pricing but because I’m far away will call me back with a price so I don’t waste 3.5 hours driving in. I had to call them back 4-5 times each time telling me they will email me or call me back with a price. I lost another deal because they wasted my time, seems to be the game they play so you have no other options.
Jorge Luis was my advisor and he was very efficient and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience . Highly recommend
I wish I could rate a negative star! Made an appointment for 3 pm so, why am I still sitting here for a simple service. Maybe I should not have opted for the “Best” oil change?!! (For those who may not know that’s sarcasm.). This is simply outrageous! The cleaning lady is literally cleaning around my chair and none of the staff who are left has had the decency to come over with an update! The service department closes at 7pm…it’s 6:45. I’ve never seen a business do their best NOT to sell me a car. One in person visit, texted the salesman, called twice and no response ever. I was even told that my second request would go to a higher level sales person and two weeks later no response. Really discouraging.
