Went to Bomnin Homestead to look at used trucks. Had no idea what we were looking for. Michael Nichols greeted us and listened to our needs and found two trucks neither of which we liked. We were planning to leave but Mike persisted and politely kept looking. He found a nice 2019 Ram on another lot that we really liked. He put the deal together that worked for us and we drove home with our new truck Sure it took a long time to get all the paperwork processed but in the end it was worth it. Pésimo lugar. No vayas ahí. La mayoría de las cosas son mentiras. Los precios de la pagina no son reales, cuando vas son otros precios. La atención al cliente es horrible. Los dealer fees de este lugar superan los 7 mil dolares. Si buscas un carro, concidera este lugar como lo ultimo que puede existir en el universo. Calificación de un 100 le daría un menos 500
No vayas a este lugar. Es el peor lugar que podrias conciderar para comprar un carro. El servicio al cliente es horrible, terrible y lo peor que puedes vivir. Los dealer fees aqui son super altos comparados con otros dealers. Te mienten constantemente y si por casualidad les compras un carro y te pasa algo con el, preparate para esperar meses a que te lo solucionen si es que lo hacen. No consideraria este lugar ni como lo ultimo del mundo. Le daria una calificación de 0 de 100
Llevamos el Cadillac Lyrid a un upgrade de factoria, excellent el trato del service advisor JOSE DIAZ. Muy profesional y responsable con su trabajo. Alnardo deberia seguir el trabajo de este muchacho y en un futuro promoverlo a un puesto superior. Gracias Jose y gracias a la familia BOMNIN, no por gusto son los mejores en venta y servicio.
Estoy llevando mi carro Cadillac a hacerles sus servicio y la atención es excelente desde que llegas el Sr que te recibe después el Sr Jorge es espectacular muy profesionales todos educados y correctos el servicio siempre ha sido muy puntual gracias a todos por su excelente trabajo
