The service department is very slow. Expect 2-3 hour waits for an oil change even if you are first in the express line when they open in the morning. They are highly focused on upselling additional services that you may or may not need and their prices are steep. I just had an oil change for my VW Passat and was charged $173. The charge several additional fees that they sneak onto the bill, but I think my favorite is the Secure Data Storage fee. The waiting area is clean and they offer free coffee.
Everyone was very professional and nice the whole process was one of the best experiences ever when purchasing a vehicle A1 team wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a vehicle
Always has excellent service, fast efficient service. Would only service for my VW.
