Went in for a scheduled ECM update. I was in and out in less than two hours. Vehicle runs even better now.
I had a good buying experience here with salesman Reese Gayden and whoever the finance guy was. Reese worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. This dealership doesn't use dealer decals, and they won't drill for front plates unless you request it. I live out of the area, so I don't really have experience with the service department here (although they did install some parts for me before delivery). My 2022 Passat has been sitting at this dealership since January 7, 2026 due to a backordered cylinder head — now over 90 days with no repair and no timeline. Communication has been unacceptable. Multiple follow-ups were ignored, and no loaner vehicle has been provided during this entire period, leaving me without transportation for months.
