These guys are great. I’ve leased two cars there and the people are friendly, service is fast and I’m going to get my next VW there.
My daughters 2022 VW Tiguan has a bad cylinder head do to internal oil consumption. The service department has had her car since November 5th 2025. We went today to try to trade it in and get her a new car. They can not give her a valid trade in price due to the fact that it’s torn down and does not run. VW has known about the cylinder head issue but unfortunately the part is on back order. If I could give this lower than a 1 star I would. I have been dealing with my 2022 Tiguans high oil consumption since June of 2025. I bought my car brand new. Bommarito has had my car since November 5th, 2025. There has been no loaner, no help given to me. Unless I wanted to paid $39 a day for a loaner (roughly $1200 a month, and that’s not including my car payment for the car sitting at their shop).
