Unsatisfied with the service. I set an appointment over a month ago to arrive on the date and them tell me they can’t get me in on the day of my appointment and I will need to leave my car over night and if I bring it back the next day it will be the same situation. What’s the point in having an appointment?! I can’t be without a vehicle and they cared nothing about the inconvenience to me. I understand if they couldn’t get to my car due to being extremely busy but to say it will be the same thing the next day is crazy!
We had a fantastic experience. It went so smooth with absolutely no pressure, when everything was finished, I couldn’t believe it. Greg was great. Very knowledgeable and took the time to show us everything. Things we’d normally have to beg to have done at another dealership, Greg was one step ahead already taken care of everything. Even the finance manager was amazing and extremely friendly. We can’t say enough good about the entire team! We will definitely be back.
Horrible customer service. Called to bring my vw for check engine light they are out more than month for appt I asked well what do I do for a month with check engine light the last on phone said idk and transferred me in which I got a voice message
My daughter and son in law bought a car here and have nothing but trouble. From mistakes with the original contract to the car breaking down in under 1 year! Now they are being told there is 1800 in repairs needed and that may not fix the issue!!! Who wants to join a lawsuit to help ensure they cannot continue these illegal practices.
