Absolutely horrible service experience! I have a 2025 Atlas Cross Sport that I purchased from Bommarito, and twice I had a sudden loss of engine power and a warning to service the engine soon. Once while driving on an interstate and the second while pulling out of a parking lot. When I restart the car, the dash warning lights would go away and the car runs fine. By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I can’t get anyone to answer a call or even call me back. Nothing is ever covered under their warranty. You try and get an extended warranty issue and they tell you that it isn’t covered. These people will literally just take your money and then that’s it. I’ll never buy a Volkswagen again. They break as soon as it gets closer to out of warranty and they never have anything covered. I have gotten so many excuses it’s ridiculous.
Workers were very friendly and patient. Helped me buy my first car. I put a hood down on a car and forgot to call back that I would be a few days late and instead letting someone else buy it they honored their word.
Very unprofessional I’m a mechanic do everything I can myself to my car and they tired their hardest to over charge me I left before I would let them touch my car, wouldn’t recommend them touching your car very rude unprofessional people service manager should be fired!
