My son has been training here off and on over the past few years.
I am a 48 year old jock of all trades. I do 5Ks, sprint triathlons and recently started Master's Track & Field competitions (long jump, pole vault etc) and water sports. I am currently training for several competitions and the senior olympics in 2 years.
