Bommarito Mazda has been so easy and accommodating to work with as a first time leasing customer! Everyone has been friendly, helpful and communicative in the vehicle service department.
Bought my first mazda here thinking I was purchasing a car that had been in 0 accidents only to find out it had definitely been in some sort of collision. The day I drove home the new vehicle the bumper became unclipped on one side. They offered to make it right but in the end it's still not fixed. The more I looked at it I began to notice the fender was out of alignment along with headlight. Great place to buy but the service after is absolutely terrible. Several times we have made an appointment only to find out they are limited in what they can do because someone left for the day. If it happened one time, no big deal. This is every time. Just recently we went for an oil change, a weird light came on so they wanted to run diagnostics, that sounded great but they couldn't do it because once again people who do that were gone. Took my 2021 Mazda CX-5 to Bommarito Mazda South County to replace my passenger side, side view mirror and turn signal. After the service I noticed an indentation and large crack running vertically down my windshield that was not their prior. Spoke to the service manager Kevin about the new crack. He did not admit blame or that the service center caused the crack during service of my side view mirror. Gave another Bommarito dealership a chance, disappointed yet again. My girlfriend and I purchased a new vehicle from Bommarito Mazda South County. The process and trade in were very straight forward. The unfortunate part is the communication. Long story short there was an issue with the lien release of the trade in, which was the fault of Chase bank and we were never informed by the dealership, they just decided not to give us the title for the new vehicle. ******Update!
