My wife and I purchased a Mazda CX-5 at Bommarito South, and we are very thankful for the service we received from Hunter Jackson. We felt no pressure, and no rush. We have driven a CX-5 for 10 years, and now hope to drive our ‘almost’ new one for 10 plus. I have had multiple terrible experiences at this dealership. The time before this one i stood around for 15 minutes past my appointment time while the attendant complained about another disgruntled customer was never greeted or acknowledged until the manager came out of the office to assist me. This most recent visit I had made my appointment booked with a courtesy vehicle as I needed to drop my car off and get back to work since I was on my lunch break. When I pull up to the dealership, it was a Black Older man Ask me can I help you and I say yes we here to look at the Lamborghini Urus, His attitude got changed. I think because the way I look the man don’t even know. I make his salary within a few months. I do not like people judge you from your look He’s not a good salesman. I didn’t feel comfortable. He don’t want even to help me. I would never ever step my foot in it again.
