I had (2) blown tires. I came in the first time with one of the tires and rim. Met with Mike, very nice gentleman, very professional. I called up there before I went and they said they had cost effective tire available. When I went up there Mike said it showed out of stock. But had a different one available. I accepted. Our salesman Brandon was absolutely the best! No pressure, very knowledgeable about the vehicle Mazda CX 50 hybrid we were looking at. He made the whole process of buying a vehicle easy! Would highly recommend him to family and friends! Also the 10yr 200,000 mile drive train warranty is a great perk that Bommarito offers. Between Brandon's service and the warranty this was the only way to go!!
Was looking for a truck and walked past the car I bought. I just had to have it, and they gave me my deal. No pressure bs , just politeness.
If I could choose 0 stars I would have chosen that! This was my first time coming to this particular dealership. When I arrived no one greeted me to tell me where to go, what to do or even how to check in! Several people sitting around and I had to approach one and just ask what do I do?!! The gentleman did assist me. I only came to get an oil change. I had a 9 o clock appointment.
