I thought that i could special order a GMC with the trim & options that i wanted without being forced to pay for extras i didn't want or need. I put a $1000 deposite on a truck with the options that i wanted. After 5 months of waiting the vehicle was delivered to the dealer. I was ready to pay the full MSRP plus a $400 administrative fee, but then i was told that the Bommarito Automotive Group requires that I must also pay $2,500 for window tinting and ceramic coating that they planned to have done before i could take posses... read more

Purchased a care on 2/27/2021, was told the Title would be mailed to me within 2 weeks. Waited over 50 days without receiving a title. Made multiple calls and left voicemails for over a week, all went unanswered. Finally was able to reach the Title manager who informed me that Bommarito does not hold the title and they are still waiting for it from Auction, admitting that they sold a car without the title in hand. I bought a car from them less than a year ago. I’ve had nothing but problems with the car. I’ve had to replace my motor, generator control module, 2 new batteries, and multiple sensors. There were stored codes that they cleared out. They finally called me back today and the sales manager hung up on me today and told me he wasn’t speaking to me anymore. I’m risking my own life driving this car to get back and forth to work. My power steering locks up, my car dies on me in the middle of the road, it stalls out, & all my lights... read more

Help!!!!!! I bought a LEMON.... from this dealership a 2017 Jaguar. drove the vehicle 3 days of the 31/2 weeks it was in the shop the rest of time. Bommarrito Mazda lied said they ordered a water pump from ***** ****** to find out they made no purchase from them as indicated, Than I take back the vehicle to Bommarrito Cadillac 'BEGGING FOR HELP' AND THE SERVICE MANAGER CALLS THE POLICE ON ME. After taking my Infiniti there for a cooling system issue over the course of fourteen months and at a total expense of $2,900 they finally indicated that their recommendation was to replace the engine. They indicated at that time that this 3.5 engine was prone to overheating. If they knew this why did they wait until I spent all this money trying to fix it. I owned two Infiniti FX's and both were trouble. Never buying a Nisan vehicle again!

Worst experience I have ever had! We Drove 4 Hours with our kids to pick up a car that they were very misleading about. My wife and I both took work to come to St. Louis. The pictures they posted online didn't show all the wear on the seats. They showed about 10% of the actual damage to the front driver side leather wear. The car wasn't even detailed or cleaned on arrival. The manager that called me to discuss the issue (which I had to ask for a call) hung up in my face and was Extremely RUDE!
