We had an excellent experience purchasing our new (2021) Civic! Ryan Pennington, our salesman, made the process comfortable and basically painless. Only one issue (a spot on visor), but Ryan assured us it will be taken care of. He oversaw our car’s detailing and tried to get the spot out himself. Jeff was wonderful to work with. After getting in a car accident and not knowing what direction we wanted to go in terms of purchasing a new vehicle, Jeff went over all our options with us. He discussed financing rates, monthly payments and overall pros/cons to leasing vs purchasing pre-owned. We went with the lease option, and are so glad we did!
