I had wanted to buy a used vehicle from him and I had a bankruptcy on my credit. Him and the salesman Jamie assured me all I had to do was get a letter from the lawyer. We left the dealership and 25-30 phone calls later over a several day time period no one ever got back to me to get me the information I needed to get the letter. It was getting close to closing time and I asked if we could stop and pick it back up on Monday and try did just that. NO high pressure whatsoever. Mike is a friendly and very patient with us. We was just looking but we ended in buying a new Honda Pilot. He explained everything on the Pilot to me.
