Jeff is always very professional in all 3 of my encounters with him. Yes, I have purchased or leased 3 Hondas from Jeff over the past 8 years. That right there is the best testimony I can give. If the buying experience was not perfect, I would not have gone back after the first car.
Four weeks ago, I bought a brand new car from a salesman Joe Russo at Hazelwood location. I was promised to be given a $200 referral fee if I sent a friend. I referred a friend there and the friend bought a car from Russo. Russo told my friend he sent a $200 referral fee to me, but I never got it. I called the Russo and he said it was not done....his attitude suddenly turned horrible and very bad. I knew he lied to my friend and to me, I never received a check. Mike Rosen sold us our CR-V back in 2018, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Honest, open and straightforward, friendly (despite the stern portrait on this website, patient, and helpful. I’ve lost respect for the managers and finance I’ve lost respect for the managers and finance department at Bommarito Honda. Their word is meaningless. They are slimy salesmen who’ll encourage you to buy service agreements they won’t honor or abide by. Don’t make the mistake I did. Don’t buy the Easycare packages they try to sell you. I never used the plans and they won’t refund your money as required if you don’t utilize the plans and cancel after paying off your car. I was told at 3:00 pm yesterday that the car I was trying to purchase "was off being detailed". Arrangments were made for today. When I called this morning about bringing my trade in, I was told "the car was sold yesterday". Sales manager ignores phone calls. If you wish to be lied to, have silly dealership games played, or just be treated with contempt--THIS IS THE PLACE!! AVOID!!!!
