Abby is by far our go to when we need services on the vehicles. For the last 10+ years, she has always delivered above and beyond. The whole team is amazing and it always starts with Abby when we drive in. Even now are kids have grown into adulthood and make sure they go to Bommarito for auto services on their cars. Jimmy and all the others were exceptional at their jobs and were willing to negotiate in order to make a fair deal. This is our 2nd purchased with Bommarito Honda over the past couple years and I cannot wait until our 3rd purchase when the time comes.
I first inquired about our new 2025 Honda Odyssey Sport L online. Brad reached out immediately without any pressure wanting to meet our needs through a phone call. The first one in a different color but a white one arrived on the lot. I told Brad about our specifics and said I want a van and if we liked the new color, (white), then we’d buy it. We bought a used van from this dealership. The paperwork was done wrong and we could never get in touch with the finance person we dealt with after so many emails and calls we finally heard back that it was done and now it’s been two months and we still have no license plate for the van and our temp plate has been expired for a month. I called got transferred to finance no one answered and the call just ended. No one can answer our questions.
