Bettie and her staff are awesome. The new space is so welcoming and lovely. They offer many different services and will be expanding their services as they grow. I’ve been going to Bettie for years now and am excited that she now has her own place.
Going to Bombshell Transformations to get my hair cut is the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The interior decorations in the space are so well coordinated and make it feel homey and safe inside. The space here feels like a community and not only the place to get my hair done or a massage, and that’s extremely valuable as a queer person in Portland. Bettie is so talented! I have been seeing her for haircuts since 2021, and she has honestly given me the best cuts I have ever had. Its amazing! The cuts are great every time, she makes you feel seen, and it is so lovely to be able to support her in her own business!! The massage therapist, Pake, is also so fantastic! I was so comfortable in there, and they really know their stuff! I will be a return customer for them as well.
