I always enjoy my time at this salon. I had a beautiful protein, silk press and curl treatment today. Two weeks ago, an EXCELLENT trim and silk press. I love Paulette and Paula's work. They know hair!!
Hi, I want to start by saying that my daughter mentioned the ambiance at your salon was very pretty, which we appreciated. However, I do have some concerns. I booked a promotional deal for a traditional sew-in for her birthday this Sunday. She had her hair washed and dried beforehand and brought her own bundles. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this salon in Stamford, CT. I was searching for a licensed professional who could care for my natural 4C hair. I came across the salon's Instagram and booked a silk press with Deavyon on February 11, 2025 at 5:30PM and didn’t leave until after 9pm. The service advertised 90 minutes. Her bio specifically mentioned she specializes in natural hair, so I trusted the service would be a good fit.
