I’ve been to this salon a couple of times, hoping to achieve an icy white color, but unfortunately, the results were never close to what I requested. Each time, the lower part of my hair still turned out yellow instead of icy blonde, and the color coverage was uneven with some areas completely missed. Had a great experience with Ashton! She was able to fix my haircut with taking the minimum amount off. My hair felt so soft and healthy after my blowout. Highly recommend!
Amber is unbelievable! You WILL BE AMAZED! I knew Amber at Ulta!!! So proud of her having her own studio now and so sad that I’m not in UT anymore to have her perform her magic on my hair!! You won’t regret it!! She is the best I have had in over 20 years of getting my hair done did! Oh and makeup! She did my make up for my head shots!! So great!!! You will leave feeling so uplifted!!!
The owner ruined my hair on my birthday about two years ago. I left the salon in tears. She had my hair with green tones yellow tones orange tones and it was completely fried. I asked for a refund and she refused. She blamed her horrible mistake on me. This is the worst salon to go to. If the owner has all of these bad reviews I can't imagine what the rest of the salon is like. Don't go here.
