Grace is amazing, my hair has never looked better!!
I was left waiting 20 mins past my appointment time after being told that she was running about 5 or 10 minutes behind. When I went back to let her know I couldn't wait any longer, she was still filing the previous client's nails so would have been at least another 10 minutes before she got to me. After telling her I couldn't wait longer she just said "ok". No apology. I didn't have a great experience with a other nail tech there a year ago either, so needless to say I'm not going back.
