Did not buy my wedding dress from Bombshell but they came through for me in a HUGE way! I had ordered my bridesmaid dresses from another boutique that ended up closing very suddenly about 3 months before my wedding last year. Reached out to Bombshell, and they were able to recover the order that had been placed and helped me get my bridesmaid dresses in about 2 weeks flat! My experience was AMAZING! Everyone here was so helpful and very sweet and thoughtful! From picking out my perfect dress to coming back to pick up my dress and try it on one last time before taking it to alterations. The day I can back to pick it up as I was waking into the room to try it on I got the call that my dad had passed away! I was hesitant to leave a bad review because, being a small business owner myself, I understand the impact a negative review can have. I have thought hard on this and have decided to leave this negative review because 1) I want other brides to be able to properly prepare for their appointments and be comfortable and 2) the store manager attempted to lie to me. While I had initially left a bad review after having a negative experience at the salon during my bridal gown appointment, I have amended my review. After seeing my review, the owner reached out to me to discuss my experience and hear more about the issues that occurred. She seemed to genuinely want to first apologize and second learn from the issues I had to improve the experience for other brides in the future. Out of all the bridal boutiques I went to searching for my wedding dress, Bombshell Bridal gave me the best experience. The consultant made me feel beautiful and confident even though I was nervous to try on dresses. I highly recommend them to anyone when they ask for a great place to try on wedding dresses 😊
