Kristin is very friendly and did great with my cut going from long to short, I'm very happy with how it came out!
As a person in customer service for over 20 years, I’m not typically one to leave negative reviews, since I know a lot can be lost in translation. However, I haven’t been treated with this much disdain from a business owner ever and wanted to share my experience. While I believe Kristin does care and can provide amazing results, I do not recommend this business for military members.
