Take heed ladies! If you go here don’t pick Brianna. Even though you schedule your apt weeks ahead, she will put dye clients in front of you if you’re just getting a haircut and make you wait. I schedule my hair apt with her 2 months ago, scheduled at 3:45. When I came in she had a dye client, she was just starting. When I asked if my apt would still be at the schedule time, she told me “no” and it would be at least 45 minutes before she got to me. Super unprofessional! I will never come here again.

Since I just had my first baby I wanted to treat myself and get a new hairstyle so I saved up money to come to this salon. I went in asking for an ash blonde hair style with dark brown hair. I made an appt and they wanted me to pay beforehand on their website which I didn't feel comfortable with leaving my card on file, so I called them and they let me make an appt without paying first. I went for my appt and my stylist wasn't even there, they said she had to run out and will be back soon. I sat there for 15 minutes past my appt time and she still had not showed up, I asked again and they said they had sent her a text message for the second time.
