Quality products, friendly helpful staff.
When we arrived, we received absolutely no welcome or assistance. The front desk employees stayed seated the entire time. They saw me carrying a baby and never once offered to help or even bring over a chair. The wagon I was supposed to use for my daughters was soaking wet and had cockroaches and spiders inside it. I politely asked if it could be replaced, especially since there were at least ten other dry wagons available, but the staff acted as if I had offended them just by asking. I went into the store today to exchange a charm necklace I bought, because without realizing, the necklace was missing a charm. While there was a kind young girl willing to help with the exchange, there was a young brunette lady who I believe to be her manager, was not. She was quite disrespectful to both me and her employees, and had no interest in helping me whatsoever. Bought bracelet for my daughter. Took it back to the house and completely fell apart. (3hrs later). Returned to store to exchange. Rude staff refused. Good luck screwing the next round of tourists.
