I went into the store today to exchange a charm necklace I bought, because without realizing, the necklace was missing a charm. While there was a kind young girl willing to help with the exchange, there was a young brunette lady who I believe to be her manager, was not. She was quite disrespectful to both me and her employees, and had no interest in helping me whatsoever. Bought bracelet for my daughter. Took it back to the house and completely fell apart. (3hrs later). Returned to store to exchange. Rude staff refused. Good luck screwing the next round of tourists.
Very rude employees!
Older lady was nice at first when we were looking at expensive glasses. We decided to go with a cheaper option and worker was rude after we paid stating “you get what you pay for” while we had nothing but a smile on our face. Not to mention somebody had to act like they were working just so they could watch us with the glasses. Most likely won’t be returning :(
