Did not honor the price on the shelf. Wanted to buy a Tshirt for 50% off and did not honor it. $15 was the discount, but not worth it to them. This was 2/14 at 3:41 PM.
Sadly, I think this store lacks empathy and their number one priority is only taking your money and not their customers. My boyfriend bought this bracelet for me as a souvenir and when he was checking out he paid without looking at the price. Once he realized at the checkout how much it was he tried to return it or exchange it and they refuse it. They never mentioned it was final sale and for a $44 beaded bracelet I wish it looked nicer.

The girl with the long blond hair and the other girl with the long brunette hair were the most friendly, outgoing, helpful staff we have ever come in contact within Rosemary Beach. They made our whole entire stay worth it!!! We went to Bombora every single day just to say hi to those girls! They deserve huge raises ! 🥰They thoroughly made our trip unforgettable and we can’t wait to visit Bombora Sun and surf again next year!!!
