I’ve been a customer for 18 years! I have only lost 1 pair of these amazing floating glasses to the water just recently. And then when I contacted them about it, they responded same day, and proceeded to offer me a replacement pair! Not only are their sunglasses and safety glasses amazing, but so is their customer service!
