I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the repeated process of sending attendants downstairs for medicines. Every time we are asked to go down, it takes a considerable amount of time. Sometimes even reaching the required floor by the lift takes 20–30 minutes, followed by another 1–1.5 hours of waiting downstairs.
