Authentic and delicious.
Used to love coming here. Bombay Coast has been a Clairemont institution for such a long time. The only saving grace for this place now, it seems, is their food actually tastes good. Chicken tikka masala and saag paneer were great Paid $14 for the fried cauliflower app. Felt scammed with how small it was. Got 3 chicken tenders for $10. Website claims it comes with 5. Bombay Coast Indian Cuisine is such a gem! The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic Indian and Bombay flavors. There’s a great variety of dishes, with generous portions and plenty of vegetarian options. Chef Zubin and the entire staff are so welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and everything feels made with genuine care. Definitely one of my favorite Indian restaurants in San Diego — highly recommend! ❤️
Simply the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to! Trust me, I have even been to India! Chef Zubin knows how to match it to your taste! My favorite is the mutton dish. But everything is so good.
