Bombay Chopsticks is a cultural melting-pot cuisine restaurant. Hard to explain, but it you look at the history of Bombay (now Mumbai) its status as a trade crossroads has enabled food cultures from many regions to coexist there. I have been here many times and just recently brought my family and friends to celebrate my birthday. I have never been disappointed with the food. Some of my family members were skeptical about trying this cuisine and am happy to say they enjoyed it! My thoughts are, when you visit a restaurant, any restaurant that specializes in a very authentic cuisine, your wait staff should be very knowledgeable in that cuisine. Food is average and the service has hit an all new low. The server asked me to go get my own drink from the bar because he was so busy. Management really needs to consider hiring either more professional servers or hiring more people so servers are not pushed to the breaking point.
