I've been cutting my hair at bombai Cutters for a few years now BUT today was a terrible exsprience...the lady doing my hair did not shampoo or put on my gloss right! I said several times I have never had it done this way...she kept putting the product on with her hands then the owner came over fixed it then took me to the dryer then realized my hair had not been washed yet, then we washed my hair and the same lady put back the gloss the same way I said I had not done it that way before!!
