Our specialty is having a little something for everyone, including many vegan and gluten-free options. All of our sandwiches come on homemade bread, including homemade English muffins made with Maine Grains. We use cage-free eggs and local and organic products whenever possible.

Whenever I go staff always has a smile and are nice. Got a Frye's Leap sandwich today and it was amazing. I think that is the fastest service I have gotten from anyplace in Windham. Wish you guys had longer hours. Totally worth a stop if you hungry and nearby!
