The loaders were nice, but the whole experience was very bad. I came early morning and waited all day to get loaded, like many other truckers. But they were not really loading - just saying they are "preparing" loads in the warehouse. After 8 hours of waiting, they CANCELLED my load and went home. They didn’t even start on it 🤷 Only 3 or 4 lucky trucks got loaded all day. I asked warehouse workers a few times, they told me my load was almost ready and I was second in line. Had a delivery at 7, rang the gate bell probably close to 5 times, no answer.. they CAN hear the bell. They just chose not to answer. A local vendor delivering had to let us in. People are alright though.
