From phoning for an appointment (that was urgent for us), they understood and we're caring, all the way through from the receptionist and through the phone, making the appointment, arriving, checking in, waiting (not very long at all) and being seen by the vet. At every stage they were all a fine tuned machine, if I could put it that way, that not only cared for my baby but me as well. Dr Neil is five star! I am from out of town and was visiting when my dog became unwell. He went above and beyond to squeeze her in for a consultation. His advice was clear, accurate and extremely effective. He is clearly an animal lover who takes great pride in his practice. Thank you Neil.
