Regarding the service on my van: I am disgusted by the way this was handled. Crashing my car was an accident, but refusing to provide a replacement vehicle while mine is in the shop—knowing I run a gardening business and need it to earn a living—is a total lack of accountability. Worse than that is the "parting gift" left in my wiring.
