First off our tires were put on backwards, second they cut 2 studs off the front passenger wheel and didn't replace them it has to come out of our pocket bc they said it wasn't their fault. Third now we can't even fix the 2 studs that they cut off the wheel bc the whole tire is fucked up! But yet it's not their problem?!?! So now we are out of a viechel bc of this and they have no remorse hmm...thank you bolzenius for making my husband, myself, and to kids suffer without a viechel bc you don't know how to do your job correct... read more
They completely messed up my friends wheels and when we said something about it they said to us " idk what to tell you"! Will never take my vehicle or families or friends there ever again!
