In my experience, staff walking the halls are all very friendly and are willing to help people out if needed. I have been all over this hospital. The ER is the worst experience in terms of care. The staff are not as friendly in the ER. I saw some nurses without gloves or wearing the same gloves in multiple rooms. Surgical ICU was traumatic for me, but I had the best most caring RN, Jasmine. I visited one time and got a parking fine for fifty dollars. They apparently repaved and no longer need signs to write tickets. This is dirty and I'll gladly go to a different hospital for my Therapy. There are thousands of signs everywhere on the campus except here. That's why everyone parks here because it is available. Do you see any signs in these pictures?

Tried setting up a new patient visit with a prospective PCP Dr. Gautham Rao. Was put into an examination room them not spoken to for an hour. I had to leave so I checked out. No care given. Clearly UH Main campus does not care about interal/family medicine. Do not come here if you are looking for a new primary care physician.

The staff here was so nice the two times I been here. Expect the first time, one of the workers kept nodding off (sleeping). I had to say, excuse me, in order to ask where I needed to go for the appointment. There was no line on the outside of the building, but there was a short one on the inside due to needing your temperature taken. But the lime quickly so it didn't really matter. I was referred to go here for a surgeon for my son. The doctor was really nice and I appreciate the work that he did I would definitely go back... read more
