Worst experience ever! First drink came out and tasted like soap, tea was just colored water. Ordered the juicy Lucy, and what came out forty minutes later was two cheese covered, beyond well done, meatballs. The other double cheeseburger was supposed to have pepper jack cheese and came out with only one hamburger patty and the cheese was white American sprinkled with crushed red pepper flakes! Table dirty, never offered to clean. Maybe a great Bar but kind of lousey a Restaraunt
Our waitress was terrible. Then she tried to over charge us on the beers we had. Will never go back there. The waitress acted like she had a full house. It was us and two other tables in the whole place.
It was my first time here. Our waitress was supper nice but the pop and beer was flat, our ribs looked good but you couldn’t even cut it apart and were so full of fat and the one bite of meat I got off them, tasted so weird that I couldn’t even try to eat them any more. Here’s to hoping we don’t get food poisoning. We will not be going back.
Both restrooms had water standing on the floor and toilets backed up. Service was mediocre at best...was afraid to order food because of the lack of service and the poor cleanliness. I will not return.
Just got treated like garbage because they decided to change the hours and not let anyone know. It helps to put a sign up, change it on your website, as well as your fb page.... Oh and don't unlock the door. Business 101
Worst order of wings ive ever gotten, generally when you put something on your menu ensure you know how to make it first. I wish i had more hands so i could give your wings 4 thumbs down
Best ribs in Ohio, Bolts is an old-school joint, with a good staff, and a fun atmosphere.
To be truthful when I first seen the place it looked cool . I ate there then felt sick the next day .. How ever I got a job there as a cook .. The kitchen was and is nasty as fuck .. Food is garbage . there was so much grease and old food under the lines it is not a good place to eat at all . not sanitary by any means .. The owner don't give 2 fucks about the place . im telling everyone not to go here to eat . b dubs is right across the street
