The food sucks, and the chips and salsa, let's just say are over priced and you would be better off buying a bag of nachos and salsa from the groceries

The last time I will be going to Bolts. I loved them when I was kid, but it is terrible now. The slowest service I’ve ever had. They were out of everything we tried to order. There were fruit flies buzzing around our table the whole time. The waitress forgot our sides then came back to tell me they were out of coleslaw. The ribs were tough and chewy (very far from “The Best in Ohio”). They aren’t much better than a McRib. Even my beer didn’t taste right. Go anywhere else!
