I came to Bolts Plus as per recommendation from another part store. They gave me assurance that this store would have what I needed. I got assisted right away by Jack. He was very polite and helpful. Jack perfectly understood what I needed and provided me with the pieces/parts that I was looking for. He demonstrated empathy and showed that he knows his business very well. I had a fantastic experience at this store today. Blaine was very helpful in locating exactly what I needed. I also spoke to multiple other team members and they were nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this store.
