I had a great experience at Bolts Plus Guelph. I needed specific bolts for my snowboard bindings and wasn’t sure exactly what to get. The lady who helped me really knew what she was talking about and quickly matched the right bolts for me. She was both friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back in the future.
I don't know the name of the lady works there. But she was the sweetest to me. My battery died on-route. It was damn cold, I lost my bolts in the snow. And she saw me distressed "it's okay hun, you don't need to pay". It might be couple of dollars, but heck it made my day. God bless, you are a GEM!!!
10/10! I had the best experience here. I needed screws and washers for my kitchen cabinets and hardware. The man who helped me was awesome. He was kind and patient and ultimately gave me the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I had been at Home Depot earlier and was treated like I was stupid for not knowing what I specifically needed (type of screws and lengths). I left there and went here. Best decision. Thank you for all of your help. Definitely will return for future projects. Highly recommend!
