Great vibe but thin walls Overall this property has a great vibe. The apartments are large with high ceilings and open floor plans. The biggest downside to this property is the paper thin walls. When we moved in we could hear our neighbors' television as if we were sitting in their living room with them. It is not uncommon to hear conversations and other sound coming from our neighbors' bedroom.
