Really feel like family when I visit. Always greeted by name. 12 days of Christmas is great. "Surprise bag" goodies chosen especially for the customer! Drive 40 miles one way to see the ladies of the club.
Went in looking for lots of rulers for flying geese and got absolutely no customer service. No welcome wagon as far as"we will be with you."or "welcome to Bolts" I had to ask for service. And the help wasn't even helpful! !! I work with 12 other ladies. ... and the word will spread. I like my comfy clothing and don't look like a million bucks but as a retiree I don't think I have to! I can afford your store and then some but you will not be getting my business any time soon. Don't judge the customer, by their clothing! !!
Love the people at Bolts.. Consider it my favorite 'candy' store. You have been so helpful for me over the years!
